Mt. Wilson 60-inch Telescope

1-Yeah, but, Herschel's had a speculum mirror and was altaizmuthly mounted. Of course it was the "meraklidiko" (I believe that is the correct word) telescope of its day.

2-What! ...in your backyard? So, where is this bad boy hiding out at???

I want it.....But I don't know where to put it. Can I take it at mount Parnonas at Summer?

Hey Frank,

The Mount Wilson Observatory Association (MWOA) rents the telescope out for $900.00 a night-last time I checked. If memory serves me correct, it can be rented out either to an individual or to a group. If one gets a decent sized crowd, the rate per person is not that bad.
